Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and circumstances
• Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or mental health concerns
• Consult with your physician before beginning our services if you have any health concerns
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Pay for services according to our payment policies
• Participate actively and honestly in the process
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

Rescheduling
